Richard & Pamella Long No. 96.6379 Civil Term Gentlemen: I wish to update both of you on the above referenced case. As I mentioned In my letter of May 7. 1998, Judge Bayley In his Court Order dated April 16. 1998 ordered the entire outstanding bill Irom Bon Ton to be paid by Pamella Long. We were waiting for the sale 01 the marital home so that Ms. Long had the funds In which to pay this bill. Mr, Long took every action possible In order to delay and disrupt the equitable distribution. This caused Ms. Long great financial strife. In December 1998, Ms. Long filed a bankruptcy action. At this time, I no longer represent Ms. Long. You may now contact her bankruptcy allorney, Allen D, Moyer, Esquire at 8160 Derry Street, Suite A, Harrisburg, PA 17111-6280, phone (717) 661.1161.
