Now comes the Plaintiff and for the cause of action against the Defendants states:

That the Plaintiff is Federal National Mortgage Association, duly chartered, and having
its principal place of business at 3900 Wisconsin Avenue, N,W" Washington, D,C" 20016-

That the Defendants are Michael L. Moss and Kit W, Moss, sui juris adulls, living and
residing at 606 Huntingdon Avenue, Enola, Pennsylvania 17025 (the "premises"), more fully
described in the legal description allached I. :xhibit A,

That the Plaintiff is the record owncr of the premises having acquired title by Sheriff's
Deed on September 21. 1995 pursuanlto a Sheriff's Sale duly held in Cumberland County on
September 6, 1995,

The Sheriff's Sale was authorized under the tenus of a foreclosure action and Judgment
entered thereon in the Court of Comlllon Picas of Cumberland County, captioned as follows:
