Kyle, Plaintiff, by Ilis attorneys, Mancke, Wagner, Hershey & Tully, respectfully represents: 1. The Plaintiff, Edward L. Kyle, is an adult individual currently residing at 301 South Filbert Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. The Defendant, Nancy R. Miller Kyle, is an adult individual currently residing at R.D. 1, Box 98, Bedford, PA, Bedford County, Pennsylvania. 3. The Plaintiff and Defendant both have been bona fide residents of Cumberland County for at least six (6) months prior to the filing of this Complaint. 4. The Plaintiff and Defendant are husband and wife, having been married on July 10, 1994, at Bedford, Bedford Co., PA. 5, Plaintiff avers the following: ULI a. There are no children of the parties under the age of 18. There are children of the parties under the age of 18, namely: (-) b. (list names and dates of birth) 6. There have been no prior actions of divorce or annulment between the parties in this or in any other jurisdiction. 7. Neither the Plaintiff nor Defendant is a member of the Armed Forces of the United States or any of its Allies. 8, Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of marriage counseling and of the right to request that the Court require the parties to participate in marriage counseling, and does not request counseling. 9. The Plaintiff avers that he/she is entitled to a divorce on the ground that the marriage is irretrievably broken and Plaintiff is proceeding under Sections 3301 (c) and (d) of the Divorce Code, in that as of August 6, 1997, the parties will have been separated for two continuous years.
