KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT that the above-captioned Plaintiff at the
request of the above-captioned Defendant, and for and In consideration of one dollar
In hand paid by the said Defendant to the said Plaintiff, the receipt of which Is hereby
acknowledged, hereby covenants and agrees that the lien of the above-captioned
judgment shall be postponed In favor of and made second to end subordinate to the
lien of a certain mortgage egalnst the real estate described In Exhibit It A It attached
hereto, given by the seld Kurtis R. Mountz and Bonnie J, Mountz to GE Capital to
secure payment of a loan In the amount of $80,000,00, which mortgage Is dated
January &, 1996 and Is now or about to be recorded In the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
It Is further agreed that this subordination of Judgment lien shall have the same
force and effect with respect to the property described In attached Exhibit It A It as If
the judgment In favor of Adams Electric Cooperative, Inc. had been entered
subsequent to the recording of the mortgage In favor of GE Capital but shall not
change or affect the priority of the judgment In favor of Adams Electric Cooperative,
Inc, In relation to any other Judgment or other lien entered against the said Kurtis R,
Mountz and Bonnie J. Mountz or their aforesaid property,
