filed a license suspension appeal in the above-docketed matter.
2. On November 20, 1995, the Honorable Kevin A. Hess entered
an Order scheduling a hearing on the matter for January 29, 1996,
at 9:00 a.m.
3. After consultation with counsel, it is the Defendant's
desire to withdraw the license suppression appeal filed in the
sbove-captioned matter.
