COMPLAINT
AND NOW comes the Plaintiff, Charles Walters, by and through
his attorney, Allen Welch, Bsquire, of Costopoulos / Foster and
Fields, a>>d respectfully represents as followsr
1, The Plaintiff is Charles Wal.ters, an adult resident of the
Commonwealth who resides at 91 Regency Woods, cumberland County,
Pennsylvania,
2. The Defendant is Steve Faust. an adult resident of the
Commonwealth who resides at 206 Gannett Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin
County, Pennsylvania, but who at all times relevant to this action
conducted business as Faust Construction, 1715 Locust Street, New
Cumberland, Cumberland County, P~nnsylvania,
3. The Plaintiff was an employee of Faust Construction from
on or about January 1, 1994, until July 20, 1995.
4. During the term of his employment, Plaintiff would
regUlarly use his credit cards to make purchases of material~ for
UB~ on job sites contracted to Faust Construction on the promise of
repayment of theoe expenditures by the Defendant, which perchases
total One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Seven Dollars and thirty-one

cent. ($1,257,31).
5. Further, on September 30, 1994, the Plaintiff entered into
an installment loan with Fulton Bank in the amount of Two Thousand
One Hundred Seven Dollar and thirty-six oents ($2,107.36) to help
the Defendant purohase a Ford customized van, upon promise of the
Defendant to repay that amount.
6, In addition, the Defendant owes the Plaintiff back wages,
including accrued vacation time, in the amount of One Thousand Five
Hundred Fifty six ($1,556,00) Dollars, which Defendant has refused
to pay.
7, Also, on June 16, 1995, the Plaintiff purchased a truck
tire for the Defendant in the amount of One Hundred Fourteen

Dollars ($114.02) and two cents, on prom!.se of repaym..mt by
Defendant,
e. Further, on June 29, 1995, Defendant's truck suffered
mechanical failure in the viCinity 0: Ocean City, Maryland, and
Defendant asked Plaintiff to pay for a tow 'Jf the truck back to the
Harrisburg area which Plaintiff did upon promise of repayment by
Defendant; the cost of the tow was in the amount of Four Hundred
Sixty Two ($462.00) Dollars.
9. Repayment has been promised in all these amountll.
10. Repayment has been refused detlpite timely demand by the
Plaintiff.
