The Plaintitt's, Bandra Foreman's, olaims are barred or diminished by her own contributory or comparative negligence, which negligence was the cause of her injuries and the other damage. claimed. 22. The Plaintitfs' cause ot action against Detendant is barred because ot Detendant's governmental immunity under 42 Pa. C.S.A. 58541, At. IAQ. 23.
