FOR VALUE RECEIVEO, the undersigned, L~WRENOE WILLIAKS, tla
ClOKPONIINT BUILDING BYBTEKB, (here inafter called tho "MAKER")
promises to pay to AOAM WHOLESALERS, INC. (heroillllfter called the
"PAYEE"), at 1627 Ritner Highway, Carlisle, PA 17013, or at suoh
other plaoe as the Hold~r of this Promissory Note may from time to
time designate the pdncipal sum of seVENTY roua THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRIID TWeNTY SIX DOLLMS .n4 31/100, in 15 equal, KONTHLY
installments of $12,73t.38, and a final payment of $12,73t.37, with
payments commenoing as of NOVEMBER 21, 1994.
The Maker shall have the right to prepay all or any part of
the prinoipal balance due hereunder without the prior written
consent of the Payee.
The whole of the principal sum or any part thereof, shall,
forthwith, at the option of the payee or any subsequent Holder
thereof, become due and payable immediately, without notice or
demand, for f/l.ilure to make payment due under this Note within
fifteen (15) days after the due date thereon. If Payee exeroises
its option u.nder this paragraph, then in that event, the entire
principal amount then due will accrue interest at the rate of 10%
per annum.
In the event of a default hereunder, the Maker does hereby
empower any attorney of any Court of record within the united
States or elsewhere to appear for. Maker, with or without
declaration filed, confess judgemont or judgment against said Maker
in favor of the Payee or any subsequent Holder thereof, as of any
term, for the entire unpaid principal of this Note, and all
arrearages of installment payments, together with costs of suit,
and a reasonable attorney's fme for. collection, and release of all
errors, on which judgment or execution may issue forthwith.
If any part of this promissory Note shall be adjudged invalid,
illegal, or unenforceable than such partial invalidity, illegality,
or unenforceability shall not calise the remainder of this
promissory Note to bo or to become inva lid, i 11ega 1 or
unenforceable in one or more of its application, the parties hereto
agree that the provisions shall remain in effect in all valid,
legal. and enforceable appl ications that are severable from the
invalid, illegal, or unenforceable application or applications.
This promissory Note shall bind and benefit the parties hereto
and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors
and assigns.
