I, The plaintiff is Robin Kathlaen Binkley, an adult
individual, who currently resides at 409/\ Beaver Avenue, Enola,
cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
2. The Defendant is Kenneth Richard Binkley, an adult
individual, The last known residence of the Defendant was 208
Second Street, West Fairview, Pennsylvania 17025. The plaintiff
has no knowledge of the Defendant.s present whereabouts, but such
information may be obtained from Defendant'S sister, Ernestine
Nye, R.D. *2, Box 4007, Jonestown, Pennsylvsnia 17038. The
plaintiff believes Defendant presently works at the PennDot
facility in New Bloomfield, Perry County, pennsylvania.
3. Both the Plaintiff and the Defendant have been bona fide
residents in the commonwealth for at least six months immediately
previous to the filing of this complaint,
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on October 29,
1989 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
5. There have been no prior actions of divo['ce or for
annulment between the parties.
6. The plaintiff has been advised of the availability of
marriage counseling and the plaintiff may have the right to
request that the Court require the parties to participate in

coun~elinq. Having been 60 advised Plaintiff doeo not desire the
Court to order counseling.
7. The marriage is irretrievably broken.

9. The Plaintiff alleges that in violation of his marriage

other places offered such indignities to the person of the
Plaintiff as to render Plaintiff's condition intolerable and life
burdensome.
10. This action in divorce is not collusive.
11. Neither party to this action is a member of the armed
forces of the United States of America.

TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF SAID COURTt
1. I am the named Plaintiff in the above-titled oivil cause
of action and the Defendant is Kenneth Richard Binkley.
2. This Affidavit is made to inform the Court as to my
status of indigency and to induce the Court to grant me leave to
proceed in this cause as an indigent.
3. In making this Affidavit, I am awsre that perjury is a
felony and that the punishment is a fine of not more than $3,000.00
or imprisonment for not more than seven years or both.
4. I do not have any money on my person, at home, or
e~sewhere which could be used for the expenses of this proceeding.
5. I do not own real estste, per~onal property, Qr any other
assets other than personal and household items which are necessary
for my subsistence and which are of little monetary value. I am
not owed any amounts of money by any person.
6. My husband, Kenneth Richard Binkley, presently resides in
Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. He is 44 years old.
(a) I last lived with my husband in May of 1995.
(b) I believe that my husband is employed by PennDot in New
Bloomfield, Pennsylvania, and owns an automobile. I do

not hav0 any other information or knowledge as to whether
my husband has any money, owns real estate, or has any
other personal property or assets.
(0) My husband is presently paying child Dupport of $120.00
per week pursuant to the Order of this Court dated August
30, 19913.
7. I have three children with the Defendant I Kendra Monique
Binkley born April 26, 19901 Victoria Nellimae Binkley born April
28, 19921 and Mylayla Maria Nicollette Binkley boron August 9, 1994,
who reside with me at 409A Beaver Avenue, Enola, Cumberland county,
pennsylvania.
8. I am presently unemployed because the care of my young
ohildren requires my presence at home. I last worked in December
1993, when I did housecleaning twice a week.
9. My social security number is 184-48-9862.
10. I have the following monthly income: $970.00 - $480.00
total child support and $490.00 supplemental Security Income for my
youngast child.
11. My monthly expenses are as followSI
