ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this I~~day of November, 1995, upon coneideration
of the Petition of Harold E. Bender, Carol S. Bender and Dorothy B.
Harrie pursuant to Section 1701 of the Penneylvania Blection Code I
for a recount with respect to the township supervisor election held
November 7, 1995, in Hopewell Township, Cumberland County,
Penneylvania, it is ORDERED and DIRECTED that the ballot traneport
carrieres) or other box(es) containing the ballots for the Hopewell
Townehip Election District be opened and the entire vote correctly
counted with respect to the Hopewell Township supervisor election,
by the County Board of Elections, on Tuesday, November 21, 1995, at
2100 p.m., at the Board of Elections, 37 West High Street,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
NOTICE of the time and place of the recount shall be given by
the Board of Elections to those persons entitled to euch notice
under Section 1701(c) of the Pennsylvania Election Code.a
ONE or more memberB of the Board of Elections are deeignated
by the Court to conduct the recount, in accordance with Section
1701(a) of the Pennsylvania Election Code.'
THIS ORDER is conditioned upon the filing of a verification
