Plaintiff is Laura S. Cox, an adult individual who currently
resides at 3005 Dickinson Avenue, Camp Hill, cumberland County,
Pennsylvania and has for one (1) year.

Defendant is Anthony S. Cox, an adult individual, who
currently resides at 1010 Beaglin Park Drive, Salisbury, Maryland
and has for one (1) week.

Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident of the commonwealth of
pennsylvania for at least six months immediately previouS to the
filing of this Complaint.

plaintiff and Defendant were married on April 3, 1990, in
