STIPULATION AGAINST LIaNS
THIS AGR.DIBNT made this qt.l- day of \\~(llll ~~ , 1995,
and between NL Builderl, Ino., a Pennlylvania Corporation
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
by
AND
Claire M. Brehm, hereinafter referred to as OWners, whereby the
contractor undertook and agreed to erected and construct a single
family dwelling on the certain lot of ground situate in
Soutb Middleton Townlhip, CUmberland County, Commonwealth of
Penn.ylvania, known as (Lot 117) 617 rorge Road, Carli.d., PA
17013 and more fully described in Exhibit "A" which is attached
h~reto and made a part hereof.
HOW 'rImR.rOR., THIS AGUIDIINT WITNlSS.THI That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by OWner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in South Middleton Township,
CUmberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of Forge Road (SR2003) on
the dividing line between Lots Nos. 16 and 17 on the hereinafter
mentioned Final Subdivision Plan; thence by the centerline of said
road North 16 degrees 12 minutes 52 seconds West 37.68 feet to a
point; thence by the same North 19 degrees 38 minutes 22 seconds
West 97.38 feet to a point; thence by the dividing line between
Lots Nos. 17 and 18 on said Plan North 70 degrees 39 minutes 55
seconds East 200.24 feet to a point; thence by the same South 19
degrees 20 minutes 05 seconds East 135 feet to a point; thence by
the dividing line between Lots Nos. 16 and 17 on said Plan South 70
degrees 39 minutes 55 seconds West 201.78 feet to a point, the
place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING a total lot area of 27,026 square feet including the
said premises under and subject to the dedicated right of way for
porge Road (SR2003) and being Lot No. 17 on a Pinal Subdivision
Plan for Lindsey Hill, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for CUmberland County in Plan Book 64, Page 141.
BEING the same premises which Raymond E. Diehl and Genevieve A.
Diehl, husband and wife, granted and conveyed to Clair M. Brehm,
widow.
