Dlvlllon of Carlllle Corporation, to provide mlterlall and perform labor neceslary for Improvement to the real
property IllUated In the Borouah of Carll lie, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on the nonh Ilde of U.S. Route
II South more particularly described In deeds recorded In the Office for the Rec:ordlna of Deedl In and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on March 20, 1957 In Deed Book R, Volume 17 at Paae 483 and June 19,
1911 In Deed Book L, Volume 29 at Paae 539.
NOW THEREFORE, It Is hereby Itlpulated and qreed by and between the laid pard., u part of the
said contract and for the consideration therein let forth, that neither the undenlllled Contractor, any lubcontractor
or material man, nor any other penon furnllhlna labor or materlall to the old Contractor under this contract shall

part thereof.
