Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows,
to wit,-
BEGINNING at a spike on the north side of Market Street (heretofore
referred to as the State Highway leading from Harrisburg to Carlisle)
at corner of lands now or formerly of Simon Bretz, thence extending
along the north side of said Market Street, south 85 degreee 30 minutes
west, one hundred feet to an iron pipe at lands formerly of Caleb S.
Brinton and John D. Faller, Trustees, now or formerly of Dalton H.
Deckman and Margaret M. Deckman, his wife, thence along said lands
north 11 degrees 15 minutes west, three hundred two and one-tenth
(302.1) feet to an iron pipe, thence along other lands now or formerly
of Caleb S. Brinton and John D. Faller, Trustees, north 85 degreee
30 minutes east, one hundred feet to an iron pipe at lands now or
formerly of Simon Bretz, thence along said lands south 11 degrees 15
minutes east, three hundred two and one-tenth (302.1) feet to a spike
on the north side of said Market Street, the place of BEGINNING.
