JUDGMENT NOTE

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned ("MAKER") promise(s)
to pay to the order of SHIPPENSBURG DEVELOPERS BUILDERS, INC.
the principal sum of THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
($3,500.00) DOLLARS, with interest on the unpaid principal
balance from the date of this NOTE, until paid, at the rate
of nine (9i%) percent per annum. Principyl and interest shall
be payable at P.O. Box 304 Shippensburg, Pa. 17257, or such
other place as the NOTE holder may deoignate in consecutive
monthly installments of TWO HUNDRED EIG,;T AND 91/100 DOLLARS
($208.91) beginning February 25, 1995. Such monthly installments
shall continue until the entire indebteq,pess evidenced by this
NOTE is paid in full, except that any remaining indebtedness
if not sooner paid, shall be due and payable on Februa'ry 25th
1996. If this NOTE is paid in full within 6 months from the
date of this Note, Shippensburg Develop'.rs Builders Inc. will
deduct FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) dollars from the balance owed
at that time.
If the MAKER shall fail to pay any Rum required to be paid
under the terms of this NOTE within five (5) days after the
same be..:::omes due or payable, or if the MAKER shall fail to
perform any other provision hereof, then the balance of the
debt evidenced by this NOTE, with all arrearages of interest

thereon and all sums due shall, at the option of the holder,
become due and payable immediately without notice to the MAKER,
and execution of suit may commence immediately for collection
together with the cost of suit and an attorney's commission
of (15%) percent.
AND FURTHER, MAKER hereby authorizes and empowers any
ATTORNEY of any COURT of RECORD of Pennsylvania, or elsewhere,
to appear for and to enter judgment against it for the sum,
with or without declaration, with costs of suit, release of
errors, without stay of execution, and with fifteen (15%> percent
added for collection fees; and also Maker waives the right of
inquisition on any real estate that may be levied upon to collect
this NOTE and does hereby voluntarily condemn the same, and
authorize the Prothonotary to enter upon the Writ of Execution
said voluntarily condemnation, and further agrees that said
real estate may be sold on a Writ of Execution, and hereby waives
and releases all relief from any and all appraisement, stay
or exemption laws of any state, now in force or hereinafter

If the NOTE holder has not received the full amount of
the monthly payment by the end of five (5) calendar days after
the date it is due, a late charge to the NOTE holder in the
amount of (10%) percent of the overdue payment of principal
and interest will be due.
