ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Hampden
Township, cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right of way line of Inverness
Drive, a 50.00 foot wide road, said point also being the southwest corner
of Lot 69 as shown on the final Phase 2B Subdivision Plan for Turnberry;
thence by said right of way line by a curve to the right having a radius
of 523.95 feet, an arc length of 91.40 feet, said arc being subtended by
a chord bearing of South 75 degrees 23 minutes 21 seconds West, a
distance of 91,29 feet to a point, said point being the southeast corner
of Lot 71, as shown on the aforementioned final subdivision plan; thence
along the eastern line of Lot 71, North 9 degrees 36 minutes 47 seconds
West, a distance of l35.14 fect to a point, said point being the
northeast corner of Lot 7l and also being a point on the southern line of
Lot 88, as shown on the aforementioned final subdivision plan; thence
along the southern line of Lot 88, North 73 degrees 31 minutes 13 seconds
East, a distance of 67.59 feet to a point, said point being the northwest
corner of Lot 69, as shown on the aforementioned final subdivision plan;
thence along the western line of Lot 69, south 19 degrees 36 minutes 30
seconds East, a distance of 137.35 feet to a point, said point being the
point and place of BEGINNING.
