1) Stephen F. Peters, Inc., a/k/a Steven F. Peters, Inc. is a
Pennsylvania Corporation with offices at P.O. Box 69, Newport, PA.,
17074. Stephen F. Peters, Inc. files as a subcontractor on a
residential construction project located on Hoover Road (T-573)
Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, PA, being Lot 20 on a certain
subdivision plan recorded in Plan Book 69, Page 136. A copy of the
deed describing the real estate is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
2) The owners of the property are Alfred R. Logan and Irene J.
Logan, who reside at 11 Shirley Lane, Boiling Springs, Pa., 17007.
3) Claimant was a subcontractor who provided labor and material
for a residential construction project on the subject property.
Claimant provided 2,678 square feet of concrete at $1.80/square foot
at the property above referred to. Claimant was engaged by Sherman E.
Hostler, III and/or patricia M. Hostler, t/d/b/a Hostler Home
Improvements, P.O. Box 16, Millerstown, PA., 17062. Hostler Home
Improvements was the general contractor.
4) Claimant completed the work on July 26, 1995.
