NOTICE OF DEPOSITION AND
REOUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS
TAKE NOTICE: That plaintiff, by counsel, will conduct the
deposition, for any purposes permitted under applicable civil
procedure Rules and the Uniform Foreign Depositions Act, of the
above person or persons, on the 7th day of December, 1995 at
12:00 p.m., at the offices of Leary Court Reporting, 112 W. Main
street, suite 200, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, before a person duly
qualified to conduct such deposition.
Pursuant to applicable rules of discovery and the Uniform
Foreign Deposition Act, the witness is directed to produce the
following documents or things for inspection and copying at the
time and place: Any and all materials, documents, or any other
matters in the possession of or known to National RX services,
