5. At or abDut the beginning of March, 1995, Defendant asked Whltco to
supply and install flooring for a residence that it was constructing on the aforesaid
real property.
6. Whltco offered to supply and install flooring for the residence for the
total sum of $13,000.00, with interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on unpaid
balances after 10 days, and Defendant agreed to pay said amount for the flooring. A
true and correct copy of Whltco's invoice are attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and
made a part hereof.
7. Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, Whitco supplied and
installed the flooring which was compieted on or about April 18, 1995.
8. Whitco has demanded payment for the installation of the flooring, but
Defendant has failed and refused to pay for the same.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, Whitco Imperial Sales, Inc., demands judgment in its
favor and against Defendant, S.B.S. Homes, for the sum of Thirteen Thousand and
00/100 Dollars ($13,000.00), plus interest pursuant to the contract of the parties at the
rate of 18% per annum from April 28, 1995, plus costs of suit.

Kindly enter default judgment against Defendant, Superior Building Systems,
Inc., in the sum of Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty and 96/100 Dollars
($14,730.96), which was computed by adding the principal Thirteen Thousand
Dollars ($13,000.00), plus interest pursuant to the contract of the parties at the rate of
18% per annum from April 28, 1995; plus costs of suit, for failure to file within the
required time, a pleading to Plaintiff's Complaint which contained a Notice to
Defend. Plaintiff's damages are set forth in its Complaint which was filed on
November 28, 1995. Plaintiff also certifies that a written Notice of Intention to file
this Praecipe was mailed to Defendant at least ten (10) days prior to filing of this
Praecipe. A true copy of this Notice of Intention to enter default judgment, along
with proof of mailing is attached and made a part hereof.
