WHEREAS, HARRY L. GROSSMAN and SUZY A. GROSSMAN, of New
Cumberland Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Owner, is about to
execute contemporaneously herewith. a contract, with NORTHERN
CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATES, a Pennsylvania Partnership, with a principal place
of business located at p, O. Box 129, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070. for
streets and other improvements to Phase I. Hillside Hollow. New Cumberland,
Cumberland County which is more particularly shown In a Plan recorded
November 17, 19951n the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland
County in Plan Book 71. Page 30,
NOW, this 29th day of November, 1995, at the time of ard immediately
before the execution of the principal contract. and before any authority has
been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor. to commence work on
the said building, or to purchase materials for the same, and in consideration of
the making of the said contract with the Contractor and the further
consideration of One ($1,00) Dollar and other good and valuable
considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. to the Contractor
WITNESS our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid,
paid by the Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by
the Contractor, or any sub-Contractor nor by any of the material men or
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the erection/renovations to sold building, or
and other work at the premises or for any other materials incorporated therein,
the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
