Cumberland Count}', Pennsylvania, being Lot No, 15, as shown on
Kingswood, Final SUbdivision Plan of Phase VA, dated February
9, 1993, br Penn Terra Engineering, Inc,. State College,
Pennsylvan a, and recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 65,
Page 144, being bounded and described as follows:
BRGINNING at an iron pin lying in a northerly right-of-way
of Kings Circle (50' right-of-way) and being an easterly corner
of Lot No, 14; thence along Lot No, 14, North 04 degrees 07 minutes
20 seconds West, 159.37 feet to an iron pin, being a common corner
of Lot Nos, 14, 13 and 16; thence along r.ot No, 16, North 85 degrees
52 minutes 40 seconds East, 135,00 feet to a concrete monument,
being an easterly corner of Lot No, 16 and lying in a westerly
right-of-way of Kings Circle; thence along said right-of-way,
South 04 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds East, 24,37 feet to an
iron pin; thence continuing along said right-of-way along a curve
to the right, having a chord bearing of South 40 degrees 52
minutes 40 seconds West, a chord distance of 190,92 feet, a
