COMPLAINT
1. Plalntlff, Union Quarries Inc, is a Pennsylvania corporation maintaining an
office and place of business located in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
2, Defendant, Kenneth H, Randolphl Jr" Is an adult individual who trades and
conducts business under the name of Randolph Sealcoatlngl at a place of business
located at 2735 Ritner HlghwaYI Carlisle I Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
3, At the special instance and request of the Defendantl Plaintiff sold and
tendered to Defendant various building materials and supplies for which there is
presentiy due and owing to Plaintiff by Defendant the sum of $10,399,77,
4, Plaintiff has rendered to Defendant Statements of Account showing a
balance due to Plaintiff by Defendant in the amount of $19,399,77, to which the
Defendant has not objected and an account has therefore been stated between Plaintiff
and Defendant as set forth in Exhibit "A", which Is attached hereto and Incorporated
herein, In the amount certain of $10,399,77,
5. Although duly demanded the said account balance In the amount of
$10,399.77 haB not been paid by Defendant to Plaintiff or to anyone acting on behalf of
Plaintiff and Is therefore due and payable with Interest from October 31, 1995 at the rate
of 18% per annum.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment against the Defendant In the amount
of $10,399.77 plus interest from October 31, 1995 at the rate of 18% per annum and the
cost of suit,
I verify that the statements made In this Complaint are true and correct to the best
of my knowledge, Information and belief. I understand that false statements made herein
are subject to the penalties of 18 Pa,C.S.g4904 relating to unsworn falsification to
authorities,
