Street, Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, tor the erection ot a one story two car garage
with vinyl siding upon a lot ot land situate at 530 South Third Street, Lemoyne
Borough, Cumberland county, Penneylvania.

the principal contract, and betore any authority has been given by the said OWner
to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building or purchase materials
tor the same in consideration ot the making ot the said contract with Contractor and
the turther consideration of one dollar, to Contractor paid by OWner it is agreed
that no lien shall be tiled against the building by the contractor, or any sub-
contractor, nor by any ot the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purChased, or extra labor or materials purchased tor the erection
ot said building, the right to tile such liens being expressly waived.
