attached Agreement on Custody and Visitation, dated December 8, 1995, shall be entered as an

6. The father agrees that the child will he In a drug-free environment,
7, The father agrees to a two drink maximum two hours before and during his periods
of partial custody with the child.
8. The father agrees to be the primary caretaker during his periods of custody unless
prior knowledge and pennission is granted hy mOlher for father to utilize another caretaker.

date and time of such meetings will be mutually determined by the parties,
10. The father shall exercise other periods of panial physical custody as may be mutually

their child until the child reaches eighteen. If the child elects to pursue post-secondary
education, the father agrees to pay the child $400,00 a month until the child reaches the age of
twenty-one,

agree to make monthly deposits,
