BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Creek View Court at
the corner of Lot No. 24 of the hereinafter mentioned plan of
Lots; thence by the southerly line of Creek View Court North 22
degrees 43 minutes 27 seconds East, a distance of 5.0 feet to a
point; thence continuing along the southerly line of Creek View
Court by a curve to the right having a radius of 25.00 feet, an
