COMPLAINT IN DIVORCE
COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, LARYN R. KARSNITZ, by and through his counael,
Sally J. Winder. Esquire, and represents as follows:
1. Plaintiff is LARYN R. KARSNITL, who currently resides at 152 Lefever Road,
Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, since April of 1994.
2. Defendant is DEBORAH K. KARSNITZ, who currently resides at 65 S. Hish Street
Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, since August of 1994.
3. Both Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents ofthe Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania for at least silt months immediately previous to the filing ofthis Complaint.
4. The I'laintiff and Defendant were married on August 21, 1976, in Newville,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for annulment between the parties.

6. The marriage is irretrievably broken.
7. PlaintilTaversthat he has been advised ofthe availability of counseling seniona for
botb parties upon request of either party or by order of court, and that a list of qualified
professionals who provide such counseling service is available at the Domestic Relations Office
upon request. By the filing of this Complaint, the PlaintilTacknowledges having been advised by
his attorney of record of the availability of counseling sessions and of a list of qualified
professionals. PlaintilT further avers that he has been advised that the choice ofa qualiJied
professional shall be at the option of the PlaintilT and Defendant and need not be selected from the
list available upon request and, further, that arrangements fOl snd the payment ofthe services of
the qualified professional shall be the responsibility ofthe parties and will not be included in the
docket costs of this proceeding.
8. PlalntilT requests the Court to enter a decree of divorce,

I, Sally J. Winder, beinglirst duly sworn according to law do depose and say that I
served a Complaint in Divorce in the above action to the Defendant. DEBORAH K.
KARSNITZ at 65 S. HIGH STREET, NEWVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA by certified mail,
restricted delivery, return receipt requested, on December 11, 1995 at the Shippensburg Post
Office, Shjppensburg, Pennsylvania, which Complaint in Divorce was received by lhe Defendant
as evidenced by her signature 011 the auached receipt.
