AND NOW, come Harold G, Clouser and Carolyn M, Clouser, by and through thelr
attorneys, Aowar, Morgenthal, Flower & Undsay, and state the following cause of action:
1. Plalntlffs are edult Individuals residing at R,D. #1, BOll 135C, Elllottaburg,
Pennsylvania 17024.
2. Defendants are adult Individuals, sui Jurl8, whose present or last known address Is
222 Mulberry Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
3, Plalntlffs are tho fee simple owners of the residential property In which Defendants
have been residing, to wit: 222 Mulberry Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4. On or about February 27, 1995, Plaintiffs leased the premises at 222 Mulberry Street,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to Defendants under a residential lease arrangement,
said document having been prepared by the Cumberland County Housing Authority, a copy of
which Is attached hereto as Exhibit MA,M
5, The property was leased to Defendants for a period of time as specified In Exhibit
MAM, and Plaintiffs seek to terminate said lease In accordance with paragraph H of said document.

6. Defendants entered Into possession of the leased premises on March 1, 1995, In
IICCO/'dance with the terms of the leased arrangement.
7. Contrary to their obligations as tenants under exhibit "A", Defendants engaged In
behavior which amounts to good cause for termination under exhibit "A", as follows:
A. Defendants failed to malntaln the household In a clean and proper
"
manner, with the result that substantial damage has occurred Including virtual
destruction of carpeting and other Items contained within the house,
B. In June of 1995, Defendants left a dog unattended In the house for 3
days, during which time the animal damaged the property through defecation and
urination on the Inside ftoors,
C, Defendants have repeatedly harassed and disturbed neighboring
property owners, resulting In numerous police visits to the premises.
D. Defendants have been rude, harassing, and uncooperative toward
Plaintiffs, failing to comply with their reasonable requests for proper care of the
premises.
E, As of the date of this Complaint, Defendants have ceased to pay rent
to Plaintiffs under the lease, which rent was specified In exhibit "A".
8. The fair and reasonable cost of repairing and replacing the damage to the premises
caused by Defendants Is as yet unknown, because Defendants continue to occupy the property
and are refusing reasonable access for Plaintiffs to Inspect and repair.
