Whereas, East pennsboro Area School District, Owner is about
to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with John R.
Northrup tla PA Sound, of 915 South 13th Street, Suite A,
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17104 for the installation of an
auditorium audo system at East pennsboro Senior High School located
at'425 Shady Lane, Enola, Pennsylvania 17025.
Now, -1::Ic" 1..'\ , 1995 at the time of and immediately before
the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority
has been given by the said East pennsboro Area School District to
the said John R. Northrup tla PA Sound to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of
the making of the said contract with East Pennsboro Area School
District and further the consideration of One Dollar paid to John
R. Northrup t/a PA Sound by East pennsboro Area School District it
is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men
or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection
of said building, commonly call1ed a Mechanic's Lien, the right to
file such liens being expressly waived.
