Practice Systems, Inc., Plaintiff, v. Dr. Thomas Smarsh, Defendant, No. CV 95-00406, Plaintiff obtained Judgment against Defendant for $12,205.08, plus interest, costs of collection, and 3. The Judgment was entered on August 31, 1995, a date within the time allowed for bringing an action on a foreign judgment. A true and correct certified copy of the Civil Docket for Case No. CV.95. 00406, showing a record of all subsequent entries that mayor shall affect this judgment .
