EXHIBIT
ALL THOSE CERTAIN two tracts or lots of land situate in the
Township of Hampden, County of CUmberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a concrete monument set in the southerly dedicated
right of way line of Smith Drive (60 feet wide), said monument
being located a distance of 585 feet, more or less, East of
Lamb's Gap Road, at the northeast corner of lands of Kris E. and
