STII'ULATlON WAIVING LIENS
WHEREAS, Multi-Teat Maint. Corn. hu entered Into a contract with Carlisle SynTec Systems,
Division of Carlisle Corporation, to provide materials and perform labor necessary for Improvement to the real
property situated In the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on the north side of U.S. Route
11 South more particularly described In deeds recorded In the Office for the Recording of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on March 20, 1957 In Deed Book R, Volume 17 at Page 483 and June 19,
1981 In Deed Book L, Volume 29 at Page 539,
NOW THEREFORE, it Is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, u part of the
said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undmlgned Contractor, any subcontractor
or material man, nor any other person fumlshlnglabor or materials to the said Contractor under this contract shall
file a lien, commonty called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any
part thereof.
This stipulation Is made and Intended to be flied with the Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Prothonotary
within ten (10) days after date, In accordance with requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, In such cue
provided,
