By letter of December 12, 1995, a copy of which Is attached end a made pert hereto, the Deportment of Transportation did recell the Appellant'e driving prIvUeges for en indefinite period. 7. The Appellant was not given en opportunity to show that she Is not incompetent to drive. WHEREFORE, for all the above reasons, the Appellant, Jay E. Your driVing privileges are hereby recalled until sat- isfactory evidence is presented as to proof of competency as authorized by Section 1519c of the Vehicle Code. In order to comply with this sanction you are required to return any current driver's license, learner's permit and/or temporary driver's license (camera card) in your possession no later than the effective date listed. If you cannot com- ply with the requirements stated above, yoU are required to submit a DL16LC Form or a letter acknowledging the sanction of your driving privilege, Failure to comply with this no- tice shall result in this Bureau referring this matter to the Pennsylvania State Police for prosecution under SECTION 1571(a)(4) of the Vehicle Code.
