Leo Clair Hoffman, respectfully requests the following:
1. Your Appellant, Leo Clair Hoffman. is an adult individual,
who currently resides at 105 South Chestnut st" Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County. Pennsylvanis. 17055,
2. The Appellee is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department
of Transportation, Bureau of Motor Vehiclea, with its office
located at Room 103, P.O, Box 68674, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17106.
3. Attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" ia a copy of an
pfficial notification from the Appellee informing your Appellant
of his suspension of his motor vehicle registration privileges
for a period of three months as a result of a violation of Section
1786 of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code, Lapse of
Insurance Coverage.

4. The Appellant's Appeal is not frivolous and consists of
valid appeal issues.
5. Your Appellant has an absolute right to file his Appeal.
6. Until the Appellant has exhausted all of his rights to
appeal, it is averred that a suspension of his motor vehicle
registration privileges would result in an injustice and
undo hardships to him,
WHEREFORE, Your Appellant respectfully requests Your
Honorable Court to grant his Appeal from Suspension of Motor
Vehicle Registration Privileges, and to Order that said suspension
shall not become effective until your Appellant haa exhauated
all of his appeal rights.
