COMPLAINT
1. The plaintiff, Ne.na M. Murphy, is an adult individual
residing at. 1833 Mulberry Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania 17104.
2. The defendant is a sole proprietorship comprised of
Michael Serluco registered under the fictitious name ot
consolidated Properties and trading and doing business as Country
walk AparbMents, 400 N. Front street, Wormleysburg, Pennsylvania
17043.
3. On JUlIe 7,1995, the plaintiff submitted a written rental
application tor an apartment located at the country Walk Apartment
complex, 1400 Hillcrest Court, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. A true and
correct copy of said application is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit A.
4, On July 7, 1995, pursuant to the written rental
application, the plaintiff deposited with the defendant the sun of
six hundred ninoty fivo ($695.00) dollars.
5. It was agreed by the parties that plaintiff's lease would

6. On JUly 27, 1995, the plaintiff advised defondant '.
rental agent that she would be unable to lea~e the apartment and
requested the return of har deposit.
7. On July 28, 1995, plaintiff was advised by defendant's
agent that if sbe gave defendant pennission to re-lenso the
apartment, that her deposit would be returned.
8. Defendant re-leased the apartment on or about August 10,
1995.
9. Despite numerous requests, defendant has failed and
refused to return plaintiff's security deposit.
10. To date, the defendant has not provided plaintiff with
written list of any damages to the premises or any reason for its
refusal to return plaintiff's security deposit.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff demands judgment in an amount equal to
double the amount of the uocurit1 deposit or one thousand three
hundred ninety ($1,390.001 dollars, plus interest and the cost of
these proceedings.

COMPLAINT
1. The plaintiff, Neena M. Murphy, is an adult individual
residinq at 1833 Mulberry street, Harrisburq, Dauphin county,
Pennsylvania 17104.
2. The defendant is a sole proprietorship comprised of
Michael Serluco reqistered under the fictitious name of
Consolidated properties and tradinq and doinq business as Country
Walk Apartments, 400 N. Front street, Wormleysburq, Pennsylvania
17043.
3. On June 7, 1995, the plaintiff submitted a written rental
application for an apartment located at the Country Walk Apartment
complex, 1400 Hillcrest Court, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. A true and
correct copy of said application is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit A.
4. On July 7, 1995, pursuant to the written rental
application, the plaintiff deposited with the defendant the sum of
six hundred ninety five ($695.00) dollars.
5. It was aqreed by the parties that plaintiff I s lease would
commence August 4, 1995, and that plaintiff would lease Apartment
,
804 at the Country Walk Apartments.
6. On July 27, 1995, the plaintHf advised defendant's
rental agent that she would be unable to lease the apartment and
requested the return of her deposit.
7. On July 28, 1995, plaintiff was advised by defendant's
agent that if she gave defendant permission to re-lease the
apartment, that her deposit would be returned.
8. Defendant re-leased the apartment on or about August 10,
1995.
9. Despite numerous requests, defendant has failed and
refused to return plaintiff's security deposit.
10. To date, the defendant has not provided plaintiff with
written list of any damages to the premises or any reason for its
refusal to return plaintiff's security deposit.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff demands judgment in an amount equal to
double the amount of the security deposit or one thousand three
hundred ninety ($1,390.00) dollars, plus interest and the cost of
these proceedings.
