COMPLllUIT
1. The Plaintiff is DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, a
Pennsylvania Banking Corporation, T/A, D/B/A FARMERS BANK AND TRUST
COMPANY, successor in interest to Farmers Bank and Trust Company of
Hanover with its principal place of business at 213 Market Street,
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17105,
2. The Defendant, BETTY C. ORNDORFF, is an adult individual whose
last known address is 39 Sandbank Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257.
3. On or about May 28, 1994, the Plaintiff advanced the sum of
Seventeen Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-seven Dollars and Fifty-eight
Cents ($17,657.58) to the Defendant at an interest rate of Ten and
Fifteen Hundredths percent (10.15) per annum resulting in a finance
charge of Five Thousand Twenty-four Dollars and Eighty-two Cents
($5,024.82) for a total repayment amount of Twenty-two Thousand Six ,
Hundred Eighty-two Dollars and Forty Cents ($22,682.40),
hereinafter called the "Loan".
4. As evidence of the Loan, Defendant executed and delivered to
Plaintiff a Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Installment Sale Contract
dated May 28, 1994, by which Defendant promised to pay to
Plaintiff the sum of Twenty-two Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-two

Dollars and Forty Cents ($27,682.40). hereinafter called the
"contract". A copy of the contract is attached hereto as Exhibit
"A" and made part hereof.
5. As security for the Loan. the Defendant. BETTY C. ORNDORFF.
granted to plaintiff a security interest in a 1994 Toyota paseo
Automobile. hereinafter called the "Vehicle".
6. By the terms of the contract. Defendant agreed to pay to
plaintiff the sum of Three Hundred seventy-eight Dollars and Four
Cents ($378.04) per month. beginning June 28. 1994. and monthly
thereafter for a period of sixty (60) months.
7. pursuant to the terms of the contract. failure to make any
payment on or before the date it is due constitutes a default.
8. The Defendant defaulted under the contract by failing to make
the payments due and owing on November 28. 1994 and all monthly
payments thereafter,
9. By virtue of Defendant's default. plaintiff took possession of
the Vehicl e which was then held in storage in Dauphin county,
Pennsylvania 17018.
10. On or about March 2. 1995. Plainti ff sent a Notice of
Repossession of the Vehicle. to the Defendant.
A copy of said
Notice of Repossession to the Defendant. BETTY C. ORNDORFF. is
attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made part hereof.
11. Defendant failed to take any timely action in accordance with
said Notice of Repossession.

12. The Vehicle was sold at public sale on April 8, 1995 in
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania 17018.
13. After sale of the Vehicle and application by Plaintiff of the
proceeds of the sale of the Vehicle to the Loan, a deficiency
balance in the amount of Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Eight-one
Dollars and Fifty-eight Cents ($8,981.58), plus interest as stated
in the Contract, remained due and owing on the Loan.
14. On or about April 28, 1995, Plaintiff notified the Defendant
of the deficiency balance on the Loan and requested payment of
same. A copy of said Notice to the Defendant, BETTY C. ORNDORFF,
is attached hereto as Exhibit "c" and made part hereof.
15. The Defendant has failed to make any payment to Plaintiff on
account of the deficiency balance of the Loan.
16. Pursuant to the terms of the Contract, the Defendant is
obligated to pay Plaintiff the deficiency balance on the Loan plus
Fifteen (15\) percent of the balance due as reasonable attorney's
fees.
17. The total amount due and owing from Defendant to Plaintiff on
the Loan is:
