petitions the Court pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S. Ssction 1550 for
review of an Order of the Department of Transportation suspending
Petitioner's operating privilege, and support thereof represents
as fol.lowSI
1. Petitioner, Melissa Lee McCoy, is an adult individual
residing
at 36 Mill street, Lot 1, Mt.
Holly
springs,
pennsylvania 17065.
2. petitioner currently holds a valid pennsylvania driver's
licenso, driver's number 22638184.
3. By correspondence dated November 23, 1995 and December
8,
1995,
Petitioner was notifi.d by the
Department
Transportation that her operating privilege was being suspended
for a period of one year as a result of Petitioner's conviction
on November 3, 1995 of violating Section 1543 of the Vehicle
Code, Driving Under suspension, and for an additional fifteen
(15) days for violating Section 1544, accumulating points
subsequent to an existing suspension. A copy of the Notice. are
attached as Exhibits A and B.
