AND NOW, comes the Borough of Mount Holly springs, who files
this Municipal Claim against Gary G. Free and cynthia A. Free,
Owners, and all that certain tract of land including improvements
thereon, owned by them and described as follows:
406 North Baltimore Avenue
Mount Holly springs, PA 17065
Tax Property Map: 23-32-2336
Parcel Number: 066
for sewer, water and trash services rendered from July 1, 1995 to
September 30, 1995. Said services were rendered pursuant to
Borough Code of ordinances, chapters XVIII, Part 2, XXIV, Part 2
and IX, Part 1, as amended.
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of
the services so rendered and the prices charged therefor, said
statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners'
account with the Borough of Mount Holly springs, which sum of
$344.96 for the above period was duly assessed against the above
Owners and premises beginning July 1, 1995 and for which sum
