HOFFMAN, by and through her attorneys, cunningham & Chernicoff, P.c., who files this complaint in Divorce, alleging the followingl 1. Plaintiff is ROBIN M. HOFFMAN, who currently resides at 627 Hummel Avenue, Pennsylvania. Cumberland county, Lemoyne , 2. Defendant is TED HOFFMAN, who ourrently resides at 29 Laurel Drive, Msohanicsburg, PennsYlvania. cumberland, County, 3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six (6) months immediately prsvious to the filing of this complaint. 4. plaintiff and Defendant were married on February 13, 1993. 5. There have been no prior aotions of divoroe or for annulment betwesn the parties. 6. The marriage is irretrievably broken. 7. The Defendant has offered such indignities as to make Plaintiff's life burdensome and intolerable. 8. plaintiff further avers that Defendant is not in the Military servioe or in any branch of the Armod Forces of the United states or ite Allies or otherwise within the provisione of the Soldiers' and Sailors' civil Relief Aot of congress of 1940 and its Amsndments. 9. Plaintiff has been advised that oounseling ie available and that Defendant may have the right to request that the Court require the parties to partioipate in oounseling. a WHEREFORE. Plaintiff requests this Court to enter a Decree of Divorce. COUlfT II 10. The averments in Paragraphs 1 through 9, inclusive, are incorporated herein by reference thereto. 11. During the course of the marriage, the parties acquired marital property. WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff requests the Court to equitably determine, divide, distribute and assign the marital property of the parties pursuant to section 3501 of the Divorce Code. COUNT III 12. Paragraphs 1 through 11, inclusivs, are incorporated herein by reference thereto. 13. Plaintiff lacks sufficient property to provide and pay for expenses of this action, including her reasonable counsel fees, nor to provide for her maintenance and support. 3 WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests the court to enter an Order granting Plaintiff reasonable counsel fees and expenses, alimony pendente lite, and alimony.
