1. Plaintiff is Anne K. Porter, whose current address is 386
Springfield Road, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
17257, and has resided there since October 23, 1995.
2. Defendant is David P. Porter, who currently resides at 19
East Main Street, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17241,
and has resided there since August of 1984, the parties having
separated on September 1, 1995.
3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident in the
Commonwealth for at least six months immediately previous to the
filing of this Complaint.
4. Plaintiff and Defendanl were married on May 15, 1982, in
Middletown, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
5. Neither Plaintiff nor Defondant is in the military or
naval service of the United Sla tes or it<; alll es within the
provisions of the Soldiers & SaUors Civil Ilel ief Act of the
Congress of 1940 and ils amendments.
6, There have been no prior actions of divorce or for
annulment between lhe parties.
7. The marriage Is irretrievably broken.
B. The Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of
counseling and the right to request that the Court require the
parties to participate in counseling.
9. This action in divorce is not collusive,
WHEREFORE, for the above reasons/ Plaintiff respectfully
requests that a Decree in Divorce be enlered between lhe parlies.
