MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR WATER AND SEWAGE USAGE FEES
~Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
uommonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its
claim for water and sewage usage fees against the real estate hereinafter described and
sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority,
a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed is James B.
Clifford. Jr. and Sherlene W. Clifford, with a mailing address of 2214 Douglas Drive,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The address of the subject property is:
1005 Harriet Street
Carlisle, PA 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and
marked Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for water
and sewage usage service in the amount of $269.46.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from September 4, 2002 and costs of
filing are also claimed.

ALL those certain lots of ground situate in North Middleton Township,
Cnmberland County, Pennsylvania, in a plan of lots known as Marriet Acres,
erroneoasly referred to as Harriet Acres in previous deeds/said plan being
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cmnberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 2, Page 100, more particularly bounded and described
as follows, to wit:
BEGi[NNINO at a point on the south line of Harriet Street, ~aid point being the
coreer of Lot No. 17; thence westerely one hundred (100) feet to a point; thence
sou/hemly one hnndred fifty (150) feet to a point; thence eas/ernly
(100) feet to a point;/hence nonherniy one hundred fifty (150) one hundred
feet to a point, the
place of BEGINNING. BEING all of Lots Nos. 16 and 17 on said Plan.
BEING the same premises which Walter E. Itedglin and Alice S. Itedglin, his
wife, by Deed dated October 20, 1954, and recorded in the office aforesaid in
Deed Book "B", Volnme 16, Page 175, granted and conveyed unto Roger O.
Wisotzkey and Ruth Mae Wisotz. key, husband and wife. The said Ruth Mae
Wisotzkey having died March 25, 1991, title vested entirely in the said Roger O.
Wiso~zkey. The saki Roger O. Wisotzkey having died March 28, 1992, Letter~
Testamentary were granted unto Sherlene W. Clifford on April 1, 1992, by the
Register of Wills of Cumberland Connty.
AND BEING the same preereises which the Honorable George B. Hoffer, Judge
of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by Decree
Awarding Real E~tate dated October 29, 1992, did award, decree and confirm an
}mdivided one-half interest unto Sherlene W. Clifford and an undivided one-half
interest unto Scott G. Miller, two of the Grantors herein, said Decree having been
recorded in

AND the said Grantors hereby covenant and agree that they will warrant specially tile
