CLIFFORD, Defendants IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA NO. 2002 - (/~.a, 5- MLD MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR WATER AND SEWAGE USAGE FEES ~Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, uommonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its claim for water and sewage usage fees against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows: STATEMENT OF CLAIM The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township. 2 The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed is James B. Clifford. Jr. and Sherlene W. Clifford, with a mailing address of 2214 Douglas Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The address of the subject property is: 1005 Harriet Street Carlisle, PA 17013 3 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq. 5 This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for water and sewage usage service in the amount of $269.46. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from September 4, 2002 and costs of filing are also claimed. Clifford and an undivided one-half interest unto Scott G.
