Keef and Linda Jean Keef, with a last known mailing address of 944 Cavalry Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The address of the subject property is: 944 Cavalry Street Carlisle, PA 17013 3 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq. This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for water and sewage usage service in the amount of $567.34. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from September 4, 2002 and costs of filing are also claimed.
