Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its
claim for water and sewage usage fees against the real estate hereinafter described and
sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority,
a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed is John M. Keef
and Linda Jean Keef, with a last known mailing address of 944 Cavalry Street, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania. The address of the subject property is:
944 Cavalry Street
Carlisle, PA 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and
marked Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq.
This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for water
and sewage usage service in the amount of $567.34.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from September 4, 2002 and costs of
filing are also claimed.

BEGINNING at a point in the northern side of Cavalry Street, which point ia

in a northwardly direction along Lot No. 95, a distance of 153.10 feet to a
pein: in line of land now or late of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; thence
in an eastwardly di[ection along land now or late of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, a distance of 75 feet to a point in line of Lot No, 97; thence
in a southwardly direction along Lot No. 97, a distance of 150.&6 feet co a
point in the northern side of said Cavalry Street, a distance of 75 feet to
a point, the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 96 on that certain "Plan of Additional Lots of Greenwale", said
Plan of Lots being entered of record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
