F AMIL Y SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND
FINAL RELEASE OF THE ESTATE OF
CHARLES FRANCIS KRAJCSIK
KNOW ALL MEN, BY THESE PRESENTS, that whereas, Charles Francis Krajcsik,
late of Mechanics burg Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, died testate on May 26,
2006.
WHEREAS: Letters of Administration, C.T.A. of the Estate of said decedent were duly
issued by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on July 18, 2006, to
Charles M. Krajcsik, as Administrator, C. T.A., hereinafter referred to as Personal
Representative. A copy of the Last Will and Testament of the decedent is attached hereto and
cxmade part hereof as Exhibit "A".
WHEREAS: The Personal Representative has gathered the assets of the Estate and the
assets consist of personal property. The Statement of Account of the said Personal
Representative, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B", constitutes the assets gathered, the debts
paid, the disbursements made and the distribution to all respective parties hereto.
WHEREAS: The balance/remainder ofthe estate property has been distributed by the
Personal Representative in accordance with this Family Settlement Agreement and as stated in
the Statement of Account (Exhibit "B").
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that We, the persons being entitled to inherit under the
Last Will and Testament of Charles Francis Krajcsik, specifically, Charles M. Krajcsik, William
A. Krajcsik and Stephen J. Krajcsik, by our signatures below, do hereby acknowledge that we
have this day received from the Personal Representative, in his capacity thereto and in
accordance with Last Will and Testament, all sum or sums of money, legacies, bequests and
devises as are given, devised and bequeathed to us pursuant to said Will; and said amounts are
further set opposite our respective names in the Statement of Account. attached hereto as Exhibit
"B".
AND, We hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time involved in the
filing of a formal account and schedule of distribution, We agree that no account is necessary
and We hereby agree that We consent to distribution being made without the filing of an account
and schedule of distribution, with the same to be with the same force and effect as if they had
been filed and confirmed by the Orphan's Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

THEREFORE, William A. Krajcsik and Stephen J. Krajcsik, hereby remise, release and
forever discharge Charles M. Krajcsik, in his capacity as Personal Representative and/or
personally, his heirs, executors and administrators or assigns, of and from the Estate and from all
actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever for, or by reason
thereof, or for any other use, matter, cause or thing whatsoever touching upon, or which in any
way relates to, the Estate of the decedent.
WE, Charles M. Krajcsik, William A. Krajcsik and Stephen J. Krajcsik, further hereby
covenant and agree that should any liability come due to the Estate of the said decedent after the
signing of this Agreement, We hereby convenant and agree that We, as beneficiaries under said
Will, shall equally contribute to the Estate in order to satisfy any and all claims, demands, suits
or causes of action which may be successfully prosecuted against the Estate of the decedent or
against the Personal Representative, after the signing, sealing the delivery of this Family
Settlement Agreement and Final Release.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, CHARLES F.
KRAJCSIK, presently residing at 306 South High Street, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being in good health and of sound
mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, declare and publish
this as my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills
and codicils thereto heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct that all of my Just debts, expenses of
my last illness, and funeral expenses shall be paid by my Executrix,
hereinafter named, from my estate as soon after my decease as shall
be found convenient.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed, and of
any nature whatsoever and wherever situated, unto my beloved wife,
ANTOINETTE G. KRAJCSIK.
THIRD: In the event that my wife, Antoinette G. KraJ csik,
should predecease me or die within thirty days following the date of
my death, then I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate unto my children, share and share alike. In

the event that a child of mine should predecease me leaving issue
to survive me, the said child's share shall be payable to his or her
issue, per stirpes and not per capita.

FOURTH: In the event that my wife, ANTOINETTE G.
KRAJCSIK, my children and the issue of my children shall all pre-
decease me or shall all die within thirty days following the date
of my death, then I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate as follows:
(a) One-half to my brother, RUDOLPH
KRAJCSIK, presently of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania;
(b) One-half to my wife's sister, JANE
BARTORILLO, presently of Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne
County, Pennsylvania.
FIFTH: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in
consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever juris-
diction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as part of
the expenses of the administration of my estate.
SIXTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
wife, ANTOINETTE G. KRAJCSIK, as Executrix of this, my Last Will
and Testament, My said Executrix shall not be required to post
security. In the event that my said wife shall predecease me, or
be unwilling or unable to act as Executrix, as aforesaid, then I
nominate, constitute and appoint my son, CHARLES M. KRAJCSIK,
to act as Executor of this, my Last Will and Testamen't,
