BY THE COURT: ,;'~ P If 7. Neither party's property rights would be affected in any way by bifurcation of this divorce action. 8. Bifurcation of thc divorce would not alter the economic status quo. 9. Petitioner has suffercd duc to his inability to restructure his own personal life. 10. Bifureation is authorized by the Divorce Cod and Pa.R.C.P. 1920.s2(d). 11. The public policy of this Commonwealth and thc legislativc intent of the Divorce Code as set forth at 23 Pa.C.S.A. ~3 \02(a) warrants thc granting of a bifurcated Decree in Divorce 12. Petitioner believes and therefore avers that the advantages of bifurcation in this divorce action are substantially greater than any potential disadvantages for the following reasons: ( a ) A resolution of the divorcc claim will allow thc partics to restructure their personal lives after a separation of over three years; ( b ) The litigation between the partics will be simplified and the stress minimized by the granting of bifurcation in these circumstanccs; (c) Bifurcation of this divorce action will assure that each party's personal life is not held hostage to economic claims; and ( d ) Bifurcation will in no way prcjudice, diminish or impair Respondent's economic circumstances or claims undcr the Divorce Codc. >- a) ?; cr; .:J ., I-~ ., .~)~ U ,r~..., C\J t..1~: r ) , :v:: ( );'1: f~.: ~ {~) I ,'- J:;! 2;' ,.., :.' ~.) u;... No document has been returned by any counsel for the Defendant. I do note that attorney David A. Koss has entered his appearance for Ms. Cingranelli. His address is 300 East Lancaster Avenue, Suite 202, Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. No withdrawal of appearance has been filed by Mr. Koss, and we are, therefore, going to consider him counsel of record at this time. I do note that Patricia Miles has filed an answer and counterclaim. Perhaps Ms. Miles and Mr. Koss are co-counsel although I imagine that Ms. Miles has gone on to other pursuits and that leaves Mr. Kissinger perhaps as counsel in this case, I will request that counsel for Ms. Cingranelli please advise who is representing her, file the appropriate withdrawals and file an entry of appearance.
