WHEREAS, the pa..ties desl..e to modify the O..der of Cou..t for custody of
Jennifer Ann Kwasnaza, entered February 16, 1996,
AND WHEREAS, the parties desl..e to give each othe.. the f..eedom to
..elocate and Stipulate as to the custody of the above-said child and to the
visitation rights of the non-custodial pa..ent:
NOW, THEREFORE, In o..de.. to effectuate the above purpose, the pa..ties
