COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 3301(D) OF THE DIVORCE CODE
I. Plaintiff is Kathy M. Burke, a sui juris
341 Airport Road, Borough of Shippensburg,
pen~sylvania 17257, since 1990.
2. Defendant is Robert B. Burke, a sui juris adult who resides at
7930 Flamingo Drive, City of Alexandria, Virginia, since 1987.

3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania for 5 years, and during the entire 6 months immediately
preceding the filing of this Complaint, she has been a bona fide resident
of said Commonwealth continuously and without interruption.
5. Neither the Plaintiff nor Defendant is a minor or incompetent.
6. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on August 16, 1984, at
Alexandria, Virginia.
7. An action for divorce was filed in the Circuit Court for tt
City of Alexandria, Virginia, in 1987, however, the action was never
completed and no decree was entered.
8. The marriage is irretrievably broken.
