STIPULATION
AND NOW, comes the Plaintiff, Elizabeth J. Motter, and the
Defendant, Raymond E. Motter who hereby stipulate as follows I
(1) Petitioner is Elizabeth J. Motter, an adult individua
who currently resides at 75 W. Main Street, Newville, CUmberlan
County, Pennsylvania.
(2) Respondent is Raymond E. Motter, an adult individual
who currently resides at 72 W. Louther Street, Apartment A,
Carlisle, CUmberland County, Pennsylvania.
(3) The parties are the natural mother and natllral father
of one child, Heather R. Motter, 0.0.8. 4/23/90.
(4) The parties agree that they shall share joint legal
custody of the said child.
(5) The parties further agree that the Petitioner,
Elizabeth J. Motter shall have primary physical custody of the
child.
(6) The parties further agree that the Respondent, Rayman
E. Motter shall enjoy periods of partial physical custody as
follows:
(a) Every other weekend from Friday evening at 6:00
p.m. until Sunday evening at 5100 p.m.;
(b) Alternating Christmases, which Christmas time
shall be designated from December 24 at 12:00 p.m. until
