CONCILIATION CONFERENCE SUMMARy REPORT
IN ACCORDANCE WITH CUMBERLAND COUNTY CIVIL RULE OF PROCEDURE
1915.3-8(bj, the undersigned Custody Conoiliator submits the
following report:
1. Tho information pertaining to the ohildren who are the
subjeot of this litigation is as follows:
Takenya Zenobia Kennedy, born August 25, 1992, and
Shawnlkwa Kil.lna Kennedy, born April 4, 1995.
2. A Conoiliation Conferenoe was held on February 2, 1996,
with the fOllowing individuals in attendanoe:
The Mother, Vioki L. Geesey, with her oounsel, Phil
Briganti, EsqUire, of Legal Servioes.
3. The Father did not appear at the Con feren oe . The
Father resides in Georgia. The Mother has not seen
the Father sinoe Ootober of 1994, when she left Georgia
with the older ohild and at a time when she was
pregnant with the younger ohild. The Father has had
no oontaot with the ohildren for over one year.
4. The Father was served with notioe of the Conoiliation
Conferenoe by Certified Mail on January 16, 1996.
5. The Conoiliator reoOmmends an Order in the form as
attaohed.
