AND NOW come the Plaintiffs, Henry F. Coyne and Lisa Marie Coyne, by their Attorney, JAMES
M. OACH, and file the within COMPLAINT:
I. Henry F. Coyne and Lisa Marie Coyne are adult individuals who are attorneys with their
law office located II 3901 Mullet Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011.
2. David P. Lollll is an adult individual reaidina at 68 Eut Louther Street. Carlisle,
Pennaylvania 17013.
3. On or about April 29, 1993, Defendant Lona contracted for leaal aervicea with the
Pialntlff., Henry and Lisa Coyne. Defendant Lona qreed to pay for aervlcea at the rate of
$100.00 per hour. A copy of the sample contract is alllched a10na with a copy of Mr. Lona's
accepllllc:e. (See Exhibit" A").

.ubmilled an Invoice to Defendant for payment. (See Exhibit "0").
