ALL that certain tract or parcel of land situate in Silver spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as Lot 19 in accordance with the Major Final SUbdivision Plan for The Peninsula (Phase III), prepared by Hartman and Associates, P.C. and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 70, at Page 63, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the Eastern right-of-way line of Bridgeport Drive, said point located at the common corner of Lot #19 and Lot #18; thence along Lot #18 North 71 degrees 52 minutes 39 seconds East, a distance of 255.07 feet to a point on the line of land now or late of Silver Spring Golf Course; thence along land now or late of Silver Spring Golf Course South 02 degrees 19 minutes 18 seconds East, a distance of 165.00 feet to a point, said point being a common corner of Lot #19 and Lot #20; thence along Lot #20 South 84 degrees 35 minutes 35 seconds West, a distance of 222.55 feet to a point on the Eastern right-of-way line of Bridgeport Drive; thence along said right-of-way line North 14 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 110.00 feet to a point, said point being the place of BEGINNING. SAID lot contains 32,334.50 square feet or 0,7423 acre. CONTAINING 0.7423 acres more or less.
