ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land partly situated in Hampden Township and partly
situated in the Borough of Camp Hill. Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded
and described according to a survey thereof made by D. P. Raffensperger,
Registered Surveyor, dated November 9- 1966, last revised June 8. 1973, as
follows:

BEG1NNING at a point at the intersection of the southern side of Industrial
Park Road and the center line of Sterling Street, sdd point being referenced
and located 1253.39 feet east of Terminsl Street; thence along the southern side
of Industrial Park Road North 77 degrees 20 minutes East a distance of 435.70
feet to a point; thence along the line of land now or late of Hampden Development
Co., South 38 degrees 48 minutes East a distance of 1072.35 feet; thence
continuing along the line of land now or late of Hampden Development Co. by a
curve to the left having a radius of 338 feet, a distance of 341.76 feet to a
point; thence continuing along the Une of said land now or late of Hampden
Development Co., North 83 degrees 16 minutes 9.; seconds East a distance of
48.88 feet to a point on the northern right-of-way line of The Pennsylvania
Railroad Company; thence along the northern right-of-way line of The Pennsylvania
Railroad Company South 76 degrees 7 minutes West a distance of 828.60 feet to a
point; thence along the line of other land now or late of Hampden Development Co.
North 38 degrees 48 minutes West and partially through the center line of Sterling
Street a distance of 796.30 feet to a point; thence continuing along the center
line of said Sterling Street by a curve to the right having a radius of 450 feet a
distance of 205.25 feet to a point; thence continuing along the center line of
said Sterling Street North 12 degrees 40 minutes West a distance of 259.57 feet to
a point, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAiNING 15.88 acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH, the right to drain surface water over an area located West of the
above described premises and marked "Drainage Easement" on the aforesaid Plan of
D. P. Raffensperger. in common with others, as more fully set forth in a Deed
dated May 25, 1964 and recorded in Deed Book "F", Volume 21, Page 553.
